At DontsleepGFX, we’re committed to delivering high-quality artwork with integrity and care. Each piece is made to order, ensuring your artwork arrives fresh and professionally produced. If there’s an issue related to production or shipping, we’ll make it right. However, as our prints are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive in good condition. We appreciate your understanding and support.

At DontSleepGFX, we stand behind the quality of our products. Each canvas is meticulously printed and hand-stretched by our production partner, Luma prints. We offer a lifetime guarantee against defects in craftsmanship, materials, or production.
Should any structural or print-related issues arise over time—such as warping, splitting, or abnormal fading—we will issue a full replacement or refund.

While our canvases are packaged securely, damage may occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., dented frame, punctured canvas, or other physical issues), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dontsleepgfx.com
Include the order number and clear photographs of the damage. Once approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

All of our products are made-to-order and customized upon purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on undamaged items.
We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before completing a purchase, as each product is uniquely crafted and cannot be resold.

Due to the nature of canvas printing and differences in digital screen displays, minor variations in color (within 4%) and slight cropping or alignment adjustments may occur. These are considered standard in the printing process and are not treated as defects.
