What is a DSGFX credit?

DSGFX credits are the balance used to pay for credit-based Covermatic actions.

Covermatic currently lists 5 credits for a cover generation, an edit or a Promo Graphics creation. Buying credits does not include a designer-led service or guarantee a finished release-ready result.

Once I get my credits how do I use them?

Open Covermatic Studio and sign in to the account used for your credit purchase. Check your displayed balance and the action cost before starting.

A generation and an edit are separate paid actions. Review the result before spending credits on another attempt; check spelling, names and the downloaded file before using it for a release.

Is There a Minimum or Maximum Credit Purchase?

Credit packs are available in 5, 25, 100, 220, 450, 700 and 1500 credits. The smallest pack is 5 credits. Covermatic currently lists 5 credits for a cover generation, an edit or a Promo Graphics creation. Check the action cost and the Buy Credits menu for current packs and prices before purchasing.

What is the refund policy for credits?

Purchased credits are non-refundable. We advise purchasing a smaller amount of credits initially to ensure our system meets your needs.
